Welcome to First Baptist
First Baptist Church of Monroe aims to uplift each other in love based on the teachings found in God’s Word, the Bible. By grace, we endeavor to honor God through worship, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, and service.

We are conveniently situated next to the Hwy. 14 and 163 junction, welcoming people from Monroe and many neighboring communities. There is no need for prior knowledge of the Bible to join us, and we warmly invite everyone to be our guests.

Sunday School
Sundays at 9:30 AM
Sunday School classes are offered for all ages and serve as a vital space for learning the essential principles of Christianity and enhancing biblical knowledge. In a day when biblical literacy is declining, our Sunday School highlights the importance of knowing God by having a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ in deepening one's understanding of the Bible.

We love uniting together to humbly affirm God's worthiness by exalting the Lord Jesus Christ. Our worship is joyful, yet reverent; simplistic, yet meaningful. We usually spend an hour singing, praying, reading the Bible, and hearing from God's Word.

FaithFinders
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
September - March
Children (ages 3 and up) and teens are welcome to explore who God is and learn how faith in Him can change everything. Join us every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Each rally includes enjoyable games, competitions, and age-specific breakout sessions designed for faith development, led by dedicated class leaders who truly care.
